    1 mile long beach. well preserved vegetation, nice small hotels (pousadas) and fancy week-end houses. Clear and pure blue ocean, few people at the beach and gorgeous natural ponds in a rock formation in the middle of the beach. See some photos here: www.flickr.com/photos/estaleirovillage
